Ogni nostra base pinsa è frutto di un'attenta selezione delle materie prime, di una lenta lievitazione seguita da una lavorazione 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐨. Per questo la nostra pinsa è così buona, versatile e altamente digeribile. Siamo nei 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢 con i marchi Pinsami e Mister Pinsa, e serviamo il settore 𝐇𝐨.𝐫𝐞.𝐜𝐚., in Italia e all'estero. Pinsami, a company founded under the name Pinsalab in 2017 in Reggio Emilia, is specialised in the production of 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐬. All of our pinsa crusts are the result of carefully selected raw materials, of slow rising and of 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝. This is why our pinsa is so good, versatile and highly digestible. We sell in the large-scale distribution and foodservice too, in Italy and abroad.
