Ogni nostra base pinsa è frutto di un'attenta selezione delle materie prime, di una lenta lievitazione seguita da una lavorazione rigorosamente a mano. Per questo la nostra Pinsa è così buona, versatile e altamente digeribile. Siamo nei supermercati con i marchi Pinsami e Mister Pinsa, e serviamo il settore Ho.Re.Ca., in Italia e all'estero. Pinsami, a company founded under the name Pinsalab in 2017 in Reggio Emilia, is specialised in the production of high-quality Italian Pinsa. All of our pinsa crusts are the result of carefully selected raw materials, of slow rising and of stretching by hand. This is why our Pinsa is so good, versatile and highly digestible. We sell in the large-scale distribution and foodservice too, in Italy and abroad.
