  • Follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of mechanical experience.
  • Experience rebuilding rotary vane pumps.
  • Strong skills in pipe fitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and blueprint reading.
  • Familiarity with metric measurements and mechanical tolerances.
  • Basic understanding of electrical theory and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work at heights and operate high-lift equipment.
  • Must have or be willing to acquire basic hand tools.
  • Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with ink or chemical processing equipment is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
  • Paid time off, paid parental leave, and short-term disability.
  • 401(k) with annual discretionary company match.
  • Adoption & surrogacy support, pet insurance, and more.
  • A culture that values innovation, safety, and long-term career growth.
