Quad is hiring for our Roller Operations team at our Kingston facility in Sussex, WI. This is a full-time, day-shift position with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour or higher based on experience, overtime opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Technician on our Roller Operations team, you'll help rebuild and refurbish the rubber rollers that keep Quad's printing operations running. This specialized process includes:
- Receiving and scheduling roller refurbishment orders from Quad facilities
- Removing bearings and inspecting roller components for wear and defects
- Operating stripping lathes to remove old rubber from rollers
- Building rollers using specialized rubber application equipment
- Grinding, machining, and polishing rollers to exact specifications
- Painting, assembling, packaging, and preparing rollers for installation
- Using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, dial indicators, and tape measures
- Reading blueprints and performing basic mathematical calculations
- Operating forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Learning and operating a variety of industrial machinery and lathes
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
- High school diploma or GED preferred
