You’ll play a critical role in delivering a smooth, high-quality patient experience—from the moment a patient arrives to the completion of their visit.
In this role, you will:
- Support dentists during procedures with efficient, high-quality chairside assistance
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
- Ensure operatories and instruments are prepared, sterile, and ready for care
- Keep the day running smoothly through strong teamwork and communication
What your day looks like
- 60-minute hygiene appointments designed for quality and patient education
- A well-supported clinical environment with strong teamwork
- Time to focus on patient care—not production metrics or rushed schedules
- Assisting with a variety of dental procedures chairside
- Taking diagnostic-quality radiographs
- Performing sterilization and infection control procedures
- Supporting lab work and maintaining stocked, organized treatment areas
- Documenting care accurately in the dental EMR
- Jumping in where needed—because great teams support each other
What we’re looking for
- High School Diploma, GED or
- Completion of a dental assisting program or equivalent hands-on experience in leu of education
- Two (2) years experience as a chairside Dental Assistant if no course completion
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Nice to have (not required):
- Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA)
- Experience with Dentrix and/or Dexis imaging
- Oral surgery experience
- Bilingual skills
