General Purpose of Job:

The Associate Project Manager works in conjunction with all teams at Rise to fulfill media marketing programs for our clients, including web development projects, media campaign launches, analytics implementations, and other digital initiatives. For this role the Associate Project Manager will support the project management team in developing and enforcing efficient processes to manage agency work for media campaigns. They will work closely with our clients and internal teams to support project plans and keep them on track. The Associate Project Manager will have superior organizational and time management skills, and must possess a service-oriented, positive attitude towards clients and colleagues, coupled with an appreciation of business realities and achieving deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution:

  • Assist, develop, and manage timelines for media marketing projects.

  • Manage a multitude of smaller to medium projects, ranging from online to offline media, with a focus in online media.

  • Wrangle scope, timelines, and budgets as applicable to ensure projects are delivered on time and flawlessly.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Serve as a day-to-day management and communication liaison between internal teams and clients.

  • Ensure clear and thorough communication across the project team, proactively clearing blockers.

  • Track and prioritize all client requests and deliverables, creating visibility and transparency into the progress of work.

Team Support:

  • Work with the team to ensure client deliverables are met on time and on budget, including adherence to internal processes and resource allocations.

Problem-Solving & Quality:

  • Be detail-oriented to ensure all work is client-ready.

  • Anticipate client and team questions and provide thoughtful answers and solutions.

  • Go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client and deliver excellent service.

  • Work with Project Managers and leaders to employ lessons learned to ensure each subsequent project is more successful than the last.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of integrated project management experience in an agency setting is preferred.
