Your Role
As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with our CEO and lead HR, internal operations & scaling processes, and marketing. You will drive initiatives that help scale our organization, identify and resolve internal bottlenecks, and shape our unique culture. This is a high-impact, full-time role in Munich and requires hands-on mentality, founder-level initiative, willingness for quick iterations, and hunger to win together.
Your Responsibilities
HR & Recruiting
Find and convince the brightest talent to join our mission
Design and optimize all relevant HR processes
Supporte the scaling of the organization
Scaling & Processes
Manage IT administration topics
Handle certifications (ISO, TISAX, etc.)
Manage public funding applications and requirements
Drive internal scaling/standardization processes and initiatives
Identify internal problems and bottlenecks
Organize conferences and client events
Operations
Oversee office management and company identity
Prepare internal, client, and investor presentations
Act as a "firefighter" to resolve urgent issues
Internal Communication & Culture
Help formalize and support company culture and rituals
Act as a sparring partner for operational and strategic priorization
Communicate internal goals and strategy
Finance
Supporte controlling and financial planning/forecasting incl. bookkeeping
Marketing & Brandbuilding
Plan and manage social media presence
Ensure brand consistency and quality across guidelines
Your Profile
2-5 years of professional experience
Background in tech or business (with a strong interest or experience in tech)
Strong drive to win, excellence awareness, resilience and relentlessness
High initiative, able to operate with autonomy and ownership (not a 9-to-5 job)
Full-time availability in Munich
