• Lead and manage frontend architecture, focusing on React.
• Contribute to full-stack decisions while remaining primarily frontend-focused.
• Implement and oversee testing frameworks for the frontend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align frontend components with overall product vision.

• React Experience: In-depth knowledge, with 5-8 years in frontend development, particularly with React.
• Architecture & Testing: Ability to think about the bigger picture in frontend design, with experience in architectural decisions and frontend testing.
• Web Development Knowledge: Experience in general web development, ideally with a full-stack background but focusing on frontend.
• Communication: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Experience Background: Preference for industry experience; startup experience is a plus but not required.
