We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Senior Hospitality Finance Manager to join our Flex and Atipico team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial performance of our hospitality and flex living business during a period of rapid growth. From day one, you will take on significant responsibility, owning hotel and operational P&Ls, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and helping drive financial visibility across our portfolio. Your Responsibilities
Hospitality Financial Performance & Reporting:
- Own and monitor asset-level P&Ls across the Flex and Atipico portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing and consolidation processes related to hospitality and operational finance.
- Oversee financial transactions and controls to maintain integrity in financial reporting and operational decision-making.
- Liaise with internal and external accounting partners, auditors, and key stakeholders to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for hotels and flex living assets, including revenue, payroll, departmental costs, GOP, and EBITDA.
- Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and preparing insightful performance reports.
- Analyze key operating metrics such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor cost, and departmental margins to identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to improve profitability and financial discipline across the portfolio.
Financial Management & Strategy:
- Take ownership of hospitality finance processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader strategic goals.
- Support underwriting, business planning, and ramp-up analysis for new openings, conversions, and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable financial policies, reporting tools, and processes tailored to a growing hospitality platform.
- Help leadership make better decisions by translating financial data into clear operational and strategic insight.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in hotel finance, hospitality controlling, asset management, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Strong understanding of hotel and hospitality P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance drivers.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required; familiarity with hospitality systems and financial planning tools is a strong advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders, from employees to management as well as external partners.
- Strong ability to convey complex financial and operational concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
- Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
- A quick learner with a proactive, hands-on, and problem-solving mindset.
