About the Role

Habyt FLEX is scaling a flexible hospitality platform across key European cities. As Hospitality B2B Sales Manager (FLEX), your mission is simple and measurable: close B2B revenue.

This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new corporate and intermediary business — not relationship maintenance or brand storytelling. You will sell Habyt FLEX as a multi-city accommodation solution to corporates, relocation partners, project housing clients, crew operators and travel intermediaries, converting contracts into real, recurring stays.

Responsibilities & Outcomes

B2B Revenue Acquisition

  • Close B2B revenue (€) across all Habyt FLEX cities.

  • Prospect, pitch and sign new corporate, relocation, crew and TMC partners.

  • Focus on deals that generate actual room nights, not just signed agreements.

Pipeline Ownership

  • Build, manage and convert a qualified B2B sales pipeline end-to-end.

  • Drive deals from first contact to signed contract and first stays.

  • Maintain strong deal hygiene and forecast accuracy.

Commercial Structuring

  • Propose commercial terms and deal structures; final pricing approval sits with the FLEX CMO.

  • Coordinate closely with Revenue / RMS to protect margins, availability and yield.

  • Ensure contracts align with inventory strategy and do not create margin leakage.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Work tightly with Revenue and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

  • Translate signed contracts into booked volume across properties.

Who You Are

Experience & Background

  • Proven track record in hospitality B2B sales (hotels, serviced apartments, extended stay, or travel intermediaries).

  • Strong experience selling to corporates, relocation companies, crew/project housing or TMCs.

  • Comfortable selling multi-city portfolios, not single properties.

Mindset & Skills

  • Aggressive hunter mindset: outcome-driven, resilient, and commercially sharp.

  • Execution over storytelling — you close deals and deliver stays.

  • Confident negotiating commercial terms and managing complex B2B sales cycles.

  • Strong internal coordination skills to ensure deals convert cleanly into revenue.
