We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Management Trainee or Entrepreneur in Residence to support the growth and development of our operations in France. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business including sales, operations, finance, and strategy. You’ll work directly with our General Manager, supporting our business's day-to-day running and expansion.

Your Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Support: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from engaging with potential customers to closing deals, while also providing exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues.
• Business Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations in France, helping ensure smooth functioning across various departments (sales, legal, operations, and finance).
• Market Expansion: Participate in research, analysis, and execution of strategies for entering new markets. Help identify opportunities and work on developing go-to-market plans.
• Process Optimization: Work with various teams to streamline internal processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Financial and Legal Support: Assist with financial reporting, basic legal compliance tasks, and contract management to help the company remain compliant and efficient.
• Entrepreneurial Projects: Lead small projects, propose innovative ideas, and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Your Qualifications

• Master degree in business, management, or a related field from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Training or internship in a business operations, consulting, or startup environment is preferred.
• You are eager to take on challenges, learn quickly, and aren’t afraid to get hands-on in different areas of the business.
• You have strong problem-solving abilities and are comfortable analyzing data to help make informed decisions.
• You can handle multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional fluency in both French and English, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
• You are comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office), and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
