Your Impact

• Helping our clients in the Financial Services industry with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of circumstances (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments).
• You will have the opportunity to work across the areas of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence, deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
• Collaborating with other experts to develop a rapid understanding of the client's business and issues, and articulate your findings appropriately in order to deliver high quality reports.
• Working in a diversified, international environment covering multiple areas.
• Teaming up with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.

Your Skill Set

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree and have a background in finance (CPA or CFA).
• You have a thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized reporting standards.
• At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services in the Financial Services industry.
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
• You are energetic, proactive, able to empathise with clients and staff, and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
• Flexible and demonstrate willingness to conduct business travel for client assignments or business-related matters.
• Excellent analytical skills and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and additional analytical software tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyse and present data in a meaningful and efficient way.
