Gold Service is one of Switzerland’s leading precious metals trading companies.
With a strong presence across French-speaking Switzerland, we are now looking to strengthen our position in the German-speaking region. To support this ambition, we are seeking a trustworthy, committed, well-organized, and inspiring individual to join our team as a Client Advisor & Coordinator for our Bern and Zurich agencies.

Your Role
As the local representative for German-speaking Switzerland, you will play a central role in our organization:
- Ensure excellent customer service in the agencies, representing Gold Service’s expertise on a daily basis.
- Act as the direct link between the network manager and the field teams.
- Support, supervise, guide, and motivate the advisors in the Bern and Zurich agencies.
- Help implement best practices, ensure procedures are followed, and support skill development within the team.
- Actively contribute to the growth of a strategic market for the future of Gold Service.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and assist clients in their precious metal transactions (gold, silver, platinum, etc.).
- Ensure high service quality and strict compliance with the standards and regulations of our sector.
- Coordinate the teams at both agencies and effectively relay instructions and objectives from the network manager.
- Train new team members, provide on-the-ground support, and motivate the teams daily.
- Assist with translation or adaptation of internal materials for the needs of the German-speaking market.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of our processes, tools, and practices.
Your Profile
- Fluent in German is a must; French is a strong advantage, otherwise English.
- Experience in sales, consulting, customer service, or retail management.
- Strong team spirit, customer service mindset, autonomy, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Ability to bridge operational teams and strategic management.
- Strong interest in regulated, high-value, or technical industries (banking, luxury, watchmaking, precious metals, etc.).
- A passion for team development and leadership: you enjoy helping others grow while staying actively involved.
