How you will contribute
• Possess an academic degree with a strong technology focus in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Hold 10 years of experience in the railway industry.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital technologies & services applicable to signaling offers, and excel in consultative and value-based selling of products and solutions.
• Display a keen interest in negotiating across different cultures, coupled with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Exhibit strong teamwork abilities with a high level of social competence, responsibility, assertiveness, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English is key, additional languages like German or French are beneficial.
