The American Heart of Poland Group (AHP Group) provides patients in over 20 medical centers across the country with comprehensive, continuous, multi-specialist and modern medical care, integrating health education, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation in the field of lifestyle diseases, under a contract with the National Health Fund. We are part of Gruppo San Donato (GSD) , which is one of the largest Italian medical groups, running, among others, research institutes, diagnostic centers, hospitals and the Vita Salute San Raffaele Medical University in Milan. We provide over 230 thousand patients per year throughout the country with access to high-class medical procedures, as part of a contract with the National Health Fund. We support patients suffering from lifestyle diseases, in particular patients with various forms of acute coronary syndrome, peripheral vascular disease, rhythm and conduction disorders, circulatory failure and heart defects. Our member entities carry out over 73 thousand hospitalizations per year.
